I work with people who are navigating a transition in life or thinking about a new beginning.

  •   I co-create the guidelines for the most beneficial coaching situation with clients.
  •   I use deep listening, powerful questions, challenging, and an array of practical techniques in order to help clients recover or          learn skillful ways to move in a new direction, to keep on track with their goals, and to make confident decisions.

I am a mother of three and a wife of almost 2 decades. I have worked as a teacher, researcher, and musician. I've lived in Asia, South East Asia, Europe and North Africa.  I bring this experience to the job of coaching.  I trained at the oldest and largest school for coaching, the world renowned Coaches Training Institute (CTI) in San Rafael, California and in New York.

I love to see people grow into what they can be.

What is Co-active Coaching?

Co-Active Coaching is an experience of personal and professional development unlike other kinds of coaching. Based on the Co-Active Model, it begins by holding the coachee as naturally creative, resourceful and whole, and completely capable of finding their own answers to whatever challenges they face.
